I’m a Vicar
2010 June 16
Well, about 3 hours ago I became Vicar of St Bartholomew, Wednesbury. As I’m no longer a curate, I’d better change the name of this blog. Any suggestions? Thank you to everyone involved. Right now, I’m off to bed.
Praise Jesus!

Congratulations! Praying for you!
Sorry – no bright ideas re blog name….
What about ‘Cranmeresque on Church Hill’
Or Church Hill calling
(we will convert them on th beaches; convert them on the landing grounds and they will always surrender)
One of your predecessors bought a Rotary washing line and joined the club.
Great news! Hope the service went well.
Bartholomew Briefing?
Wednesday in Wednesbury (and aim to increase your posting to one post a week)

Some pun on Church Hill would be good…
Does the church have its own website? Would be good to find out more about the church. How about a weekly post introducing one family or person from the church? Or about something to do with the church or town?
Congratulations Tim. Sorry I couldn’t be there.
How about….. Wednesbury Wonderings? Vicar’s values?
Tim,
I have happened to come across your site a couple of times in the last few years and have found some quite
inspiring thoughts.
Glad to hear that you have now become a vicar. Keep up the good work.
